Changzhou Zhongli Copper Industry Co., Ltd., established in 1995, is located in Zhonglou Economic Development Zone. Our company is a professional manufacturer of electromagnetic wires. We offer transposed wires, compound wires, enameled wires, paper wrapped copper twisted wires, fiber-glass wrapped copper wires, mica band winding wires, polyimide film wires and polyester film sintered winding wires. We have eight series products with thousands of specifications, which are widely used at home and abroad in heavy-duty generators, electric motors, oil-immersed, dry high-power transformers, and other special high-end electric products.

With a registered capital of 50 million Yuan (more than 8 million in US Dollars), an area of 30,000 square meters and total assets of 200 million, Zhongli employs 150 staff members and has 30 senior professionals and technicians. The overall technologies are the leading level in the international electromagnetic wire industry.

In aspects of management and quality control, we have successively introduced 6S, TPM, TQC, and visual monitoring systems to carry out the field management and use ERP and CRM software systems to carry out systematic qualification data management, in order to realize the transparency of production visual network system and ensure the 100% monitoring of the manufacture process. Zhongli has imported equipment and technologies from German SIEMENS in recent two years, which provides a reliable hardware guarantee for the high quality products.

In 2003, Zhongli passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification and annual inspection. In 2005, our company passed ISO9001:2008 certification and annual inspection. We passed ISO14001:2004 standard certification and OHSAS18001 system standard certification in 2008.

Our products are equal to or equivalent with such international standards as IEC, DIN, NEMA and JIS, and fulfill the purchasing standards of ABB Company, SIEMENS Company, ALSTOM Company, GE Company, MITSUBISHI Company, BOMBARDIER Company and SUZLON Company.

Our sales have doubled in recent years, and we achieved several years' span of development. Our products have been used all over China, and have also been exported to Japan, Korea, Europe and other countries and regions. Our annual production capacity is 15,000 tons. Our sales amount in 2009 was 300 million Yuan, in 2010 reached 400 million Yuan, and in 2011 will exceed 600 million Yuan.
